Results from March Metabolic Makeover

Our “MARCH METABOLIC MAKEOVER”challenge has now concluded and hopefully all participants have realised the things needed to maintain a healthy Metabolism and therefore ensure all of the body’s systems are functioning well.

First place went to Gaelene Christian and second to Kali Chamberlain. Runners up were Kath King, Tracey Sweeney, Karenne Gatehouse and Lisa Richards. Well done for taking the steps to be a healthier you.

3 Things to consider:

  • “To eat is a necessity but to eat intelligently is an art.”
  • A good meal ought to begin with hunger.”
  • “Movement is a medicine for creating a change in a person’s physical, emotional and mental state”.

Well we are nearly 2 months into the NEW YEAR! So how’s it feeling? Do you need to address your health in a serious way?
Some of you are having a “February Fling”with our Fit College Trainers and reaping the rewards already.

Still spots remaining in the “March Metabolic Makeover”.

Registration for this will be on Sunday 21st February at 3:30 pm at the Gym. At this brief meeting times will be allocated for your full Body Composition Analysis on Sunday 28th February. This will be your pre challenge assessment.

The 10 week Individual Challenge runs from Monday 7th March to Sunday 15th May inclusive.

February Fling

For those also involved with the “March Makeover” there is a 1 hour “Fit Food Bootcamp” that afternoon at the Gym at 2:20 pm.
