20160116_124423Current Australian Surf Boat champions Glen Williams (stroke) and Randall Martin (bow) from the Currumbin SLSC visiting Norfolk Island again with their families on a short break with good friends Kay Taylor and Kelvin Mulholland of Norfolk Island Fitness and Health.

The boys utilised the Gym as part of their daily training protocol.

We wish them every success in defending their title in April at the Australian Surf Lifesaving Championships on the Sunshine Coast.

• Move more. We will give you lots of options for all Fitness levels.

• Build Muscle “Integrity”. We will teach you how.

• Eat ENOUGH calories and enough PROTEIN. Our “Fat Loss Toolkit” does it for you.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO REGISTER: 

• A commitment of a $350 payment which may be paid in a lump sum or paid off weekly at

$35 per week for 10 weeks.

• Time allocation for your weekly complete Body Composition Analysis.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WHEN YOU REGISTER? 

• A weekly Body Composition Analysis and feedback session.

• Your 4 week “February Fling”!

• Your Food and Training Diary containing your inside and outdoor activity challenges and where you record your weekly Food intake. If you are using the Fatloss Toolkit this is a very simple

procedure. There is also a place to write down your weekly Fit and Food “Promise”.

• 1 Free Group Exercise Class per week. (not cumulative).

February Fling: Your Next Challenge

February Fling: Your Next Challenge starts SOON!

February 1st till February 28th.

Get a “springboard advantage” towards your health and fitness in 2016. Get familiar with all-over body training using bodyweight exercises that will help you achieve health and fitness gains now and into the future. Acquire knowledge from your Fit College Trainers that will help you improve quickly and assist you in your fitness goals.

Cost: $20 per week

Exercise booklet included in the price.

Please note: The “Fling” is FREE for those doing the “March Makeover”.

Each week participants will do a 30min Personal training session with their selected trainer.

This session may be written in your Workout Booklet.

Your allocated Trainer for each week will be posted on the Whiteboard in the Gym the weekend before the start of each week.

During your workouts when you are without your Trainer:workoutguys

• Include a brief Warm up and make sure you stretch at the end (there are stretches at the back of your booklet).

• Record your time for EACH stack completed.

• Record your Trainer’s session.

• Ensure your Trainer signs your booklet.

New Group Exercise Classes

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

2 NEW GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES will be starting the first week of 2016:

“ABS and BUTT”(35 minutes) … Thursdays at 5:15 pm, starting on January 7th

“Beach and Bay”(60 minutes)… Saturdays at 6:30 am, starting on January 9th (meet Trainer Brandt McRitchie at Emily Bay).

 

We are open for “business as usual” from MONDAY January 4th.

2016 is nearly here. Let’s make this one the best year to date!
