Droptober 2015 Update

We have 4 weeks left of the 2015 Droptober Fitness Challenge and everyone is doing an excellent job. Here’s a little overview of this year’s program.

  • 22 participants … male and female. Many who are new to Fitness and many who are focused on improving their health as well as “dropping a clothes size”. WELL DONE!
  • Each participant is working their way through Kay’s “Fat Loss Toolkit” – 10 weeks of calorie controlled nutrient rich meals planned week by week
  • The program is 10 weeks of physical challenges including a 15 minute weekly H.I.I.T. ( High Intensity Interval Training) regime
  • Focus and accountability is key to success in this kind of Fitness Challenge. So each participant has a weekly Health Evaluation and Food and Exercise Diary to track progress, set and re-set goals and maintain motivation
  • A highlight this year has been the Group Exercise Class designed especially for participants with Instructor Brandt McRitchie at our own “Summer Bay”!!!

DROPTOBER: Oct 3 – Dec 13. A 10 week fat loss challenge

FIGHT BACK FEBRUARY: Feb – April. A 10 week fat loss challenge.

SPRING INTO SPRING: Sept. 30 day exercise challenge. Get back into training with this 30 day guided challenge suitable for all levels of fitness.
